First Citizens Puts Customers First

We take this opportunity to extend congratulations to First Citizens Limited, on their remarkable and innovative means of expressing customer care. On November 8th and 9th, 2006 respectively, we were given the privilege of running a seminar entitled, “Investing and Lifecycle Planning”, hosted by the bank, exclusively for their customers.

Having understood the need for financial planning, especially with the current impact of consumerism, First Citizens’ realized the benefit of such an informative session for customers. The seminar was a tremendous success, as participants were better able to analyse their current financial situation, and make informed choices accordingly.

This initiative has preceded government’s proposed financial literacy plan for all in the coming year. The feedback received has proved the effectiveness of such an initiative on the part of First Citizens, a leader in customer care.
