The seminar, Staff Costs - Measuring the Real Cost and Increasing the Return, was a remarkable experience for all those present at the Kayak Room, Kapok Hotel on the 9th November. Participants were intrigued by the interactive sessions, which treated with the relationship between the empowerment of human resource and the productivity and profitability of an organisation.

Everyone agreed that the topics covered were both informative and worthwhile. They also felt that their organisations could benefit from more information and assistance.
