"The students were very interested. They enjoyed it very much. It builds discipline, industry and character. These are very important in life.
Many students who normally would visit my office on account of ill discipline were markedly absent during the course of the programme. A particular student actually became more focused as an individual, following the TCIL Youth $$ Programme."

"It was a good experience. The students were really exposed to the appreciation of money. It was a new, memorable and very beneficial experience for the young people. They appreciated it.
I really liked the awards, as they were current saving schemes. The programme is a motivating, worthwhile experience and I wish very much for TCIL to run it again in September. Don’t forget us! Come back please."

"In Std. 4, one of the Social Studies topics done was ‘Budgeting‘ (both of time and of money) but it was not until this program that the reality struck me as far as money management was concerned. The key was that simple act of writing.... and being able to see in black and white their income and expenditure my babies saw clearly how easy it is to waste and to save.
Although I wasn‘t present for each session, the pupils filled me in, with enthusiasm all that was done. I observed them working at their projects and was pleasantly surprised at the interest shown.
Your group was a great teaching aid and I‘m very happy to have made contact with you. Teaching young people about money is an area of great concern to me, What would I give to know then what I know now.
If this bunch of pupils thought that their time was being wasted they would not have thought twice about saying just that.
Keep searching for ways to improve and possibly to track the progress of those who benefited and thanks again for inviting Belmont Gov‘t Primary."
